Hi!
We created a customer journey with an segment and a phone call activity. The activity will be appended to the contacts owner. However within the created phone call activity the field "Call from" is set with another owner (which we selected for creating the phone call activity template). We want that the "call from" field has the same owner, as the owner of the contact.
And another question. How is the due date determined through the acitivity template since we cant select an end date. But when the acitivity is appended to the contacts owner there is an due date that shows up.
