Ole Control automation error

 When i use Firm Planned Prod. Orders in the Manufacturing  i have This error.

Please how correct this.

Could not create an instance  of the OLE Control or Automation server identified By Guid = {too many number}

Microsoft Xml V4.0 unkounw class.

I use Windows Vista  and C/Side Data Base.

    Hi Francism,

    This is giving an error than an automation is not install correctly on youe machine. When do do you get this error ?

    If using the production scheduler - have you installed the Nav Gantt Server?

    Also try re-registering the XML component?

    If you give the GUID, I will be able to give you a clearer answer.

    I recorded several times the XML component. (Version 6.0)

    This is GUID := {F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221}

    4.0 :{8D969C0-F192-11D4-A95F-0040963251E5}' XML,v4.0 '.Unknown Class.

    It look like the MSXML Version 4 is not installed correctly - try re-installing this - Here's a download link

    After you install XML 4, I always have the problem with the following message:

    GUID = {0B98B9992-D42C-4BC1-9324-C2A664D4FE72}

    8.0:{ E64F2DBA-34C8-4B01-A9FE-C10ADC133325}: Unknown Automation server:Unknown Class.

    Hi Francism,

    It looks like more than one component is missing.  The simpliest is to (re)install the Gantt server part of the Nav Client - If this doesn't work then re-install the full client.
