Business Performance Analytics tile

Hi all,
 
We're currently testing v38 with a view to updating our production environment in two weeks time. One thing that has changed for us is that the Business Performance Analytics tile is now visible to all users. Is there a way that this can be supressed or hidden from our users at all?

    Hi Sarah,
     
    The Business Performance Analytics type is managed via security. It is part of the privilege Business performance analytics informational tile (AOT: BpaAppLink). The menu item name is BpaOpenApp.
    The privilege is linked to several duties and for that reason visible to only configured roles. These are mainly Finance roles. You can use the security configuration option or customize the security via development to grant or revoke permissions.

    Hi,
    The official documentation mentions that administrators can adjust who can view the Business Performance Analytics icon by removing the permissions associated with the responsibilities assigned to a given user. For more information you can check out the link below:
