Hi,

I have an workflow that sends an email to the lead and lead owner when a lead record is created. The email is sent OK but the Change Status step does not work. The error message is "This lead is open. You can not reactivate a lead that is already open."

I tried to use Update record step but the Status filed is missing. I user CRM 4.0 Rollup 4.

Any idea?

    Hi Marius, I tested your scenario and the same happens to me. I would report this to Microsoft support as a bug.

    I think that in a previous Rollup Update it was OK. I remember that I was able to update the Lead status. OK. Thank you for your confirmation. I will remove the Change Status from my workflow until a new update is released. I will also try to update to Rollup 6. Maybe it was already fixed.

    I have installed Rollup Update 6 and everything works fine. So, the bug is fixed. Best regards, Marius
