Hi All,
There is requirement in which client needs Custom dialogue box for Resolving case. So what I did, I created Custom resolve case button and made OOB button hidden.
From custom button I used Dialogue box in which Webresource is loading and populating resolution and resolving the case. Following is the snip how it is looking.
Now there is a Business process flow on form where Resolve Case button exists. On click of that button OOB Resolution Dialogue box is appearing. Now I am not able to replace the existing functionality of this button.
Is there any way by which i can show my custom resolution dialogue box on click of this button.
