I know GP 2013 has not been supported for quite some time, but we have a client using it now while they transition to a different software and they process payroll. Is there anyway to help them with the W-4 changes in this old version? Maybe some work arounds?

Hi Deborah,

There are no workarounds or procedure that we know of that will update Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 to comply with the 2020 W4 form. If you have not already done so, perhaps investigate if there is an add-on product that can be utilized.
