Yes, this can happen in Dynamics GP 2018 if your user profile data gets corrupted or if there's a recent change in your SQL server or user access. A few things to check:
User-Specific Issue – Try logging in as another user to see if favorites are still there.
Check SQL Table – Favorites are stored in the SY07110 table. You can run a query to see if your entries still exist.
Recent IT Changes – Check if your GP user ID was re-created or if there was a change to the Home page or task security.
Roaming Profile – If using a roaming Windows profile, GP might fail to save user settings correctly.
If the favorites are completely missing from SY07110, unfortunately they may need to be re-created.
