Hi,
I have a client who wants to turn off the "Physical negative inventory " flag on the item model group. Whn he tries to do that, he gets the following error message "
The current combination of inventory dimension groups with the item model group XXX for item XXX effects a negative physical on-hand quantity of -14.19 for the dimensions Site=ZZZ,Warehouse=ZZZ01. Select a different configuration, or change the on-hand quantity."
My understanding is to make this current negative stock to Zero or positive and then turn this flag off, is this approach correct or do we need to do some changes in the configurations, if yes then which one?
