Hi!
Our users have recently been experiencing an issue when trying to check products as ''Used'' in a WO through the Field Service mobile application.
This issue only occurs when using an Apple product. When trying again with an Android device there is no issue.
They are using the latest version of the application, no newer updates for the application is available.
Anyone that has a clue what could be causing this issue?
The error message does not have any further error log than what is seen in the picture below and I am not able to find any information based on the error code.
