Hi!
Our users have recently been experiencing an issue when trying to check products as ''Used'' in a WO through the Field Service mobile application.This issue only occurs when using an Apple product. When trying again with an Android device there is no issue.They are using the latest version of the application, no newer updates for the application is available.
Anyone that has a clue what could be causing this issue?The error message does not have any further error log than what is seen in the picture below and I am not able to find any information based on the error code.I appreciate all input.

Have you tried reinstalling the app or closing the other apps in the background and keeping only this one?The 0x0 error is more often related to program conflicts or incomplete software.

Yes, we have tried to reinstall the application but the issue still remains.
It remains even when no other application is open in the background.
