What types of analytics and reporting capabilities are available in Dynamics 365 Sales, and how can they be leveraged to gain insights into sales performance?

    Hi Shawn,

    1.You can enable Sales usage reports, which provide a historical view of operational metrics and key performance indicators in Dynamics 365 Sales.

    This helps sales managers to view and analyze their team's operational metrics such as opportunities and leads usage, and make decisions that improve sales performance.

    2.Also, you can use Power BI template apps with Dynamics 365 Sales provides a convenient, powerful, and quick way to access and analyze your sales data.
