Hi there,

When booking a resource for a work order on the schedule board all resources are available. Only one resource category ever gets assigned work orders via the schedule board. Where can i add a default filter so that a certain characteristic of the resource can be applied?

I know i can create and save filtered views when booking through the "Schedule Board" but when you click "Book" when a work order is selected from the work order page the schedule board that appears does not have the option to select a previously saved set of filters (below).

Hello,

When you click on Book from the work Order, the reservation will be filled automatically with the informations that you are created in the work order.

The are an out of the box Web ressource that map this informations from the work order.

Try to add information in your work order like the sector or other informations and then tell me if it's ok for you.
