In our CS Hub application, I was inspecting the All Cases view. I attempted to use a filter by setting Automotive Trading France as the value for the Customer column. Why are there four identical figures displayed? I'm curious. I tried using each value, but only the second one on the list produced anything.
Can this list be combined into a single value?
your query doesn't have details to provide the exact root cause what I can understand is you are using case view and if a customer has multiple cases,it will provide multiple rows,
Under Account view, you will get only one row with that account,
