Outlook e-mail tracking done on the wrong table

Hi everybody,
Could anyone help ont the following issue please?
When I try to track an incoming e-mail from a contact, instead  of having the not tracked panel, I'm sent to another table ( the invoices panel actually).
Your help will be welcome.
