Hi Community,
I hope my message finds you all in good health.I have a requirement that needs to be done on an urgent basis, I need to add the addresses tab on my custom form just like it's added on the vendor and customer form. I need a thorough code, there are blogs but they are not complete as per my requirement. D365 Community

Note that this is a forum monitored by volunteers. It is weekend, so usually, there isn't that much traction and experts are also spending time with the family. Urgency doesn't exist on this forum.
Can you tell where you struggle with having an address on your form? What data source does the address needs to be linked to? Is it like the customers and vendors where there is a party and party location involved or what data model do you have for your form? Please provide some more background information, so we would be able to understand your scenario.

I know about this forum. I was stuck so I asked the question and in my opinion when there is some one stuck, people must help each other. let's not move into that discussion.
I already mention in my question that, I need a new Custom form in which I want to implement standard addresses tab. Attached file is my requirement.
Of course, I try to help, but it we have a different mindset on this. I try to help as I love to help people. You mention the words 'must', 'urgent' and 'immediate'. That is quite demanding. For me, this forum is voluntary. It is my spare time. I'm not getting paid for it.
I don't see a file attached. Can you (re)post the attachment? If the requirement is like the screenshot you attached in your initial question, then you still need to provide more information as that screenshot is taken from the Legal entities form which is not explaining your customization.
Yes, the requirement is the screenshot attached. My functional consultant gave me that requirement. I need a new custom form like in the screenshot, where I need to add the addresses tab.
in simple words, I need a to add standard addresses tab in my new custom form. How is this possible?

Can you please provide the answers to my question above? I still have no idea what table(s) are used on the form. If you don't know the answer, please ask your functional consultant. As explained above, we need to understand your scenario.
You can simply add the data source DirPartyPostalAddressView and copy the AddressTabPage from the OMLegalEntity form, but then you still need to filter it to show only the relevant records for your form. For that part, I can't suggest anything without more information.
Are you also able to share about your own current attempts and where exactly you are stuck?
