Virtual Table Option Index Is Missing

Hi All

NAV 2013  application is not showing all the available 4 options in "Replenishment System". It shows only first two options (Purchase, prod. Order). and this happening for only one user; all other users are able to view all options. whe the user view an item which have 3rd or 4th option as its "Replenishment System" then NAV 2013 application shows "Virtual Table Option Index Is Missing"
