On my company's Dynamics 365 interface, I have the CRM hub, Is it the same as the customer service hub?
If no, how does the CRM hub work?
Also can i engage my clients on the CRM hub?
Hi Akissi,

As for Customer Service Hub, it is a focused, interactive interface, designed to simplify your day-to-day case and knowledge management activities. It shows you all your vital information in one place, and lets you focus on the key activities that require your attention. It is based on Unified Interface framework.

CRM Hub and Sales Hub are both Dynamics 365 Sales based applications (Unified Interface applications).
A user with ‘Sales, Enterprise App Access’ would have access to the Sales Hub and/or CRM Hub model-driven applications.
To access Sales Hub and CRM Hub, you would need a Sales application license, as these model-driven apps are based on the Sales application. The same logic extends to the Customer Service Hub where a Customer Service application license is needed.
