Aging Report - queries

ReportReport

Hello Experts

Is there an option or way to generate the AP/AR aging (Aging report) with the original invoice amount included?

Currently we have Invoice Number and balance outstanding against it in buckets.  However if we would like to see the original invoice amount then that will help.

Any suggestions

TIA

Vai

    Hi Vaibhav,

Original invoice amount is not available in standard AR/AP aging report. The aging reports are meant for open balances only. If you need it on occasional basis, you can search customer / vendor transactions.

    Hello Vai,

An alternative to this report might be the standard cubes for AX2012 that also allow you designing and modifying an aging analysis in excel. Have you checked whether you can include the original invoice amount if you create the report from there? It should be much easier to modify the data needed there.

Another alternative is the collections form in AR. This form allows you viewing your open transactions in the form of a list page that can be personalized. I haven't checked whether the original invoice amount is available there and would like to ask you to check this.

A means of last resort is always a report modification but this is expensive and requires the help of a developer.

    Best regards

    Ludwig

    Hi Satish

Thanks for your answer.  I thought so that in general OOB report these columns can not be included by Configuration or setup changes.

    Thanks again
