Thanks Andre for suggestion. But we need to make mandatory for all dimension.
Tried to write some code in form level but it will give only validation message. we want to restict saving the record if dimension is missing.

You would need to consider a customization to have a specific dimension mandatory on the vendor master. Instead of a customization, you can also have a look at the Data Quality Studio ISV solution from Ti-Increase (my employer) which makes it possible to configure this as a validation rule.
