Hi,
We have recently installed the Zoom add-in to Dynamics. All set up correctly but we would like to have the functionality to allow users to click the phone icon on a contact to start a Zoom call.
I have been going through the instructions here;

But Step 3 doesnt make any sense to me as Im not a developer. Does anyone have an idea what needs to be done in Step 3?

Have you Tried to publish the form and checked the the updated contact form with out performing step 3?

Hi Amit, yes I have. I can see the phone icon has changed as shown in the link, but nothing happens when I click on it.
