Time out error in Aif Service

Hi All,

I am able to create invoice journal, but when i send more than 5 Invoice journal at a time, service throws time out error.

Error : 

"The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9029929. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."

Can  you please give me any idea.

    Check these for AIF timeouts:

    stackoverflow.com/.../wcf-service-how-to-increase-the-timeout

    "System administration > Setup > Services and Application Integration Framework > Inbound Ports. Select your port - it has to be deactivated to be able to edit the configuration. Then click Configure > go to Bindings > set timeout values"

    Please provide more details.

    What is the error you are getting, where do you see the error, what settings did you change for the timeout, have you restarted the environment after the changes?

    Hi Vilmos,

    The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.8709809. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

    This is the error message.

    i am deactivate the service and change the time out values of the service. Like SendTimeout,ReceiveTimeout,OpenTimeout,CloseTimeout.

    Note : After create invoice journal service post the journal.

    Each journal posting take 20 sec time.

    You forgot to paste your configuration what I have asked for. It seems like your timeout is still set for 00:01:00, did you set the correct name for the AIF port binding?
