Create a real-time segment using list of names

Hello Community,
 
Does anyone know how I can create a real-time segment of users based on their names and emails? 
 
How I'm currently doing it is through this 'Include Contacts' option in the logic builder. Thereafter, I will search for their names and manually add them into the segments one by one. 
 
But now, I have a list of 300 names, and manually adding these names one by one is going to be tedious. Does anyone know of a way I can upload this list of names/emails to Customer Insights-Journeys to automatically generate a segment?
 
Hope I'm making sense. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

    as far as I know the real-time segments can only include 100 contacts that you added manually. So 300 in your case is too much. Do you have a common parameter that you could use to find the contacts? 
     
    E.G. When you update the description field on the 300 contacts with the same value you can use this value as a dynamic filter in the segment:
     
     
    Another option is to add the 300 contacts to a static marketing list and then look for this marketing list in the segments:
