Hi guys,

Anyone familiar  with this error? I encountered this error when I clicked print destination.

And after that, when I select print destination and click okay, another error is:

How can I solve this error?

    Hi Ron,

    This error message("Error 1722: The RPC server is unavailable") may occur if the File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks component is not enabled on the remote computer.

    Please refer to the detailed steps for troubleshooting:  social.technet.microsoft.com/.../4494.windows-server-troubleshooting-the-rpc-server-is-unavailable.aspx
