Is there an ERD of standard customer service available?

I would like to know if there is an entity realtionship diagram available of the standard Dynamics Customer Service package.

We are evaluating a two scenario's to migratie to the cloud with a Dynamics 365 solution, scenario 1: stick to our current datamodel, or scenario 2: rebuild our applications based on MS CommonDataModel (customer service in particular). I want to compare our current ERD with the CDM ERD to judge if we might be better off with the CDM datamodel.

If you have coding experience, then you could refer to this official document to know how to generate entity diagrams with the metadata diagram tool:

In addition, the document provides some Community tools of XrmToolBox that is ideal for users who have no coding experience - UML Diagram Generator,Entity Relation Diagram Creator and ERD Visio Builder.
