
Hello! I am a part of a recruitment agency and have to build resumes for my clients. My clients provide references' contact information and I want a system that can:
(Automatically if possible) send a personalized (as in list who the survey is about) survey to the reference contact information provided
Receive the information back and be attached to my client's record in Dynamics 365, maybe in a table of some sort
Export the reference in a meaningful manner, preferably in PDF form, so it can be attached to the final resume.
My initial idea was to use Voice of the Customer to create and send out surveys and have a contact record for each reference within Dynamics. When the reference completes the survey, the results will show up in the activity timeline in that reference's record, and using a Word template and a flow, I could export the results and have it automatically save to a SharePoint folder.
My issue is first, there are 3 required references for each of my clients so that would be a lot of new contacts in the system. Second, I'm unsure about how to actually to link the reference record and the client's record so that the reference's results also show up on the client's record.
I'm am open to suggestions or questions!

There are OOB Account and Contact in the system, they have one OOB 1:N relationship, which means that one account associate with many contacts.
So you can use account entity to store clients, and use contact entity to store references.
You mentioned "When the reference completes the survey, the results will show up in the activity timeline in that reference's record", Customer Voice survey response is one activity type, it can be shown in the timeline.
And activities of contacts can be shown in the timeline of parent Account:
