Unhandled Exception while updating Tax information in GP 2013

Good Afternoon,

I'm attempting to update my tax iinformation in GP 2013.  From the menu I go to Mainenance_>U.S. Payroll Updates->Check for Tax Updates.

I select automatic and click next.  Then I receive an error.

    I don't know what happened to the remainder of my post...anyway...

    The error image is below, or should be, I'll include the text of it as well.  The text of the details is attached to the post.

    After I click 'Continue' on the error, I get to the log on/authorization screen, enter my number and then clock' Log In',  I receive the same error again, but with different details (also in the attachment).

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

    An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details.  The error is Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

    Good Morning,

    I think this is a permissions error related to the fact that you have UAC enabled.  Try launching GP as an administrator and try updating the tax information again.
