I'm using Nav 2009 RTC
How do I set up discounts based on the quantity being purchased? If a customer purchases 1 pc it is $10 ea, 5 pcs it is 25% off cost, 10 pcs it is 40% off cost etc. I don't want it customer specific.
I know it has to be there somewhere, but I can't figure it out.

You can setup Sales Line Discounts, from the item page, Sales / Line Discounts.
On that page Sales Line Discounts you can set these type of discounts per Customer, Customer Discount Group, All Customers and Campaign. What you need, is for All customers.
