I'm asking about how to send the offer to the candidate as I've not found the send offer any where on offer satge or offer management

Hi,
The Offer stage screenshot above on Activity tab only let's you start preparing the offer/ initiate the offer.
The moment you click PREPARE OFFER, you will be routed to Offer module, where in if you already have a package configured, system will prompt you to choose one and then you are asked to add relevant details in placeholders, customize an existing offer template.
On the next screen, you can enter details about other documents that you would want the candidate to send over, set an expiration date to the offer, and now the offer is ready to be sent out/ published.

Click on the button "Prepare offer" the system will direct you to the "Offer" app which is part of the Attract modular application. From there you will be able to prepare your offer.
Alternatively, you can switch between applications by clicking the arrow as shown in the picture below.
