A customer is having a problem regarding past reviews for employees.
The manager who was responsible for the employees has left the company. We want to reassign those reviews to the new manager.
I added the new manager to the sign-off tab, but the manager is not able to see the full reviews, just the general tab. Does anyone know what's the problem?

Please check the roles from the old user and compare them with the current user. Please make sure that they have the same roles.

Is the manager's security role set up correctly? Managers require both the Employee and Manager roles.
