Field Services Resource Scheduling

Hi,

I have been facing an error regarding field services 9.2 version, In the Service Tab -> Schedule Board -> Unscheduled Work Order. on the relevant work order number i have selected find availability button for the Schedule Assistant Filter but unfortunately its giving me the error "there are no resource that meet this search. Please modify your search and try again" Please suggest me best solution for this it will be appreciated.

    Are you sure that your bookable resources are set up correctly so they are applicable when you search availability for the work order?

    Can you check the Skills, Roles, Territories of your resources?

    Can you check the Resource Requirement of the work order as well and see if the Skills, Roles, Territory match your resources? Also check if the work is Onsite or Location Agnostic

    Hi Partner,

    In the Filter section please verify the filter options selected once. Are you sure Resources are available with the matching filter conditions.

    Verify all options - Roles, Organizational Unit, Resource Types, Pool Types, Teams, Business Unit, Characteristic Rating and other options.

    One last thing i want to ask, Is it possible in field services to Assign Work order to preferred resources via assets only? without going through the process of skill, roles etc, the things you have mentioned above.
