RTM - Cancel Event Registration with prefilled email address and specific events

Hello Dynamics 365 Community!

I'm currently working on setting up an event registration cancellation process using CIJ, and i have encountered some challenges.

I'm hoping to get some advice or learn about how others have approached similar situations.

Scenario:

When an attendee registers for an event, they receive a confirmation email.
I want to include a "Cancel Registration" link in this email.
When the attendee clicks this link, they should be taken to a form where:
- Their email address is prefilled (so they don't have to enter it again).
- It displays only the events that this specific attendee (email address) is registered for.
The attendee can then select the event(s) they wish to cancel, submit the form, and their registration status is updated to "Cancelled".

I have searched a bit on the forum - but please point me in the right direction if this has been addressed by someone before :)
