Data Entity VendorInvoiceDocumentAttachments - Error

After updating from 10.0.38 to 10.0.40, our upload process for Vendor Invoice Attachments using the data entity VendorInvoiceDocumentAttachments is failing with the error:
 
Write failed for table row of type 'VendorInvoiceDocumentAttachmentV2Entity'. Infolog: Error: This stream does not support seek operations.
I have reached out to Microsoft and am waiting to hear back, but has anyone successfully used this data entity after upgrading to at least 10.0.40? I have tried both HTTP Post requests using odata and the Fin & Operations Power Automate actions. Both return the same error. Using performing the actions is Sys Admin.

    I just tried to do an export (not import) using DMF, same error. Is anyone else able to confirm this behaviour on 10.0.40?

    I have tried both PowerAutomate connectors and HTTP Post Web Requests using OData on both our production and UAT instances with no luck. I have not tried DMF however moving to DMF would require a huge rework we probably would not want to do.
     
    The link provided is for a different error, that appears as if the user was trying to edit a journal that was in use by another user. Either way, in the process of testing on UAT, I had created a brand new flow/connectors so that rules that out.

    Does it only happen via power automate? So if you try to import manually via DMF does such error happen?
     
    This link is not very related, but it was mentioned that removing F&O connector and adding it back solved the issue

    Other entities have been functioning normally, this is the only entity I have seen this error on. This is the only entity we use that involves file content however so not sure if it related, the other entities are simple data fields (text/number).

    Does it only happen with this entity? Did you try to import another entity and see if you get the same error?
