Error message: The selected trigger is not supported for the current data source. Anybody?

Hi,

Trying out journey in realtime marketing. Selecting a pre defined trigger "Email Link Clicked". Getting the error message "The selected trigger is not supported for the current data source".

I am trying to use the interaction triggers (see below). Anybody a clue what i am doing wrong?

Interaction triggers

Interaction triggers represent customer interactions with journey elements such as email, SMS, and push channels. Interaction triggers can’t start or stop journeys; they're used within a journey and represent a logical continuation of a preceding step. For example, when a journey sends an email message, a set of triggers such as Email delivered, Email bounced, or Email opened becomes available to journey authors, allowing them to make decisions about possible next steps.

    See below. Basic question is: How do I start a real-time journey on emails clicked? Do i have to make a segment?

    Hi mhoekstra,

    You have to re-add the Send an email in the branch and then the "Email Link Clicked" can be selected.

    If you need to send an email to a customer, the customer will have the next action after clicking on the email link. This is the need to create a segment, when creating a program, remember to select the segment-base type.
