Hi,
Currently i'm sending customer voice forms (in an email marketing) to my clients with Dynamics 365.
Every time a client answer, the answer appears as anonimous. I have already checked all the condicions and the radio button "Anonimous Responses" is disable, so I should be able to see what are the clients that answer the form and which are their answers.
Can you please help me? Is thereanyone with the same problem?
