Lookup is not filtering in search

Hi,

I have a N: N relationship between two entities A and B. I placed the subgrid in entity A to add the records of entityB.

So, in the subgrid when I click on the Add exisitng button and type a value in the lookup, it returns all the values and the search is not working. (One thing I observed when I search in lookup it is just making the search word BOLD in the matching word instead of returning a single result)

Please advise how this can be fixed.

Hello James,

out of the box, we cannot filter the lookups when adding existing items to the relationship subgrids.

You have to customize you CRM adding js function and configure the command with for example Ribbon Workbench.
