SMS not delivered to mobile number from ms flow http post web api invoke crm 365

Hi All,

I am using below step to send sms to mobile number on contact field updation trigger point.

Based on language we are sending sms in respective format like english,Marathi,Hindi,Gujurati.And flow is getting triggering based on condition but contact holder with the mobile number not getting that sms instead getting invalid template id.

What could be the issue here & I am not able to find the invalid template id issue also & below output am getting :
