Inventory Movement fails to register when coming from Internal Movement (working with warehouse LOT tracking)

I am having a hard time with Inventory Movements when they are generated from an Internal Movement. (We use LOT tracking in warehouse)

I get the following error:

Item tracking defined for the source line accounts for more than the quantity you have entered.

You must adjust the existing item tracking and then reenter the new quantity.

The reason is T6550 Whse. Item Tracking Line in which there are some entries with empty values in the following fields:

Source Type, Source Subtype, Source ID, Source Batch Name, Source Prod. Order Line, Source Ref. No., Created by Whse. Activity Line (always FALSE).

This causes some calculations in CU7307, function CheckWhseItemTrkgLine to be a negative value which is causing that error.

My question is, are those entries created with all those fields to blank right?

Assuming those entries are wrongly created, may I just delete them?

I have tried with an standard not customized NAV2016 CU09 and it works fine because there are no entries with those fields to blank.

    Hi Astur,

This generally occurs because a partial posting of a warehouse shipment does not update the warehouse. The item tracking line for the pick are posted as shipped or as invoiced.

This looks like some kind of MOD to me, try consulting the Developer.
