Nav2009 and Nav 2013 R2 support for Windows 19

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Experts,

company is upgrading to Windows 19 but using NAV 2009 R2 Classic and NAV 2013R2,  NAV 2009R2 classic s technically upgraded from 5.0 .  Both NAV 2009 R2  Classic and NAV2013  services  (NAS for 2009 R2 and RTC and NAS for NAV 2013 R2) are installed on one server and Server instance in another server. Backend is SQL Server 2014

1) Does NAV 2009 R2 and NAV 2013R2 supports Windows 19, any Microsoft Documentation on the same?

2) Does anyone using a similar architecture  with windows 2019, if yes what are the best practices and risks

3) Any recommendation of SQL server Version for windows 19

    Hi,

not sure what Windows 19 is as the current Windows version is 11.

But Both versions are out of product lifecycle and out of support.

My recommendation is to upgrade Dynamics to a supported Business Central version.

The last compatibility statement was for Windows 10
