Bookable resource booking not being shared

After routing the Work order to a resources, the created bookable resources booking is usually shared with the resources user in order to see the Booking in his mobile. I Have some cases where the bookable resource booking are not being shared with the resources.

Does anyone have this issue, and is there any workaround for it ?

    When you say bookings are not shared, are the booking at least getting created?

    Also check if there are any sync filters or Users are working in offline mode.

    I am assuming bookings are being created from the web version of the app.

    the booking (Bookable resource booking) is being created but it's not being shared with the resource

    I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by "share". How do you create the booking - using the schedule board or manually? How and why do you share the booking? Once you create it, the resource should already see it in the app (unless your sync filters are too restrictive).

    Maybe you can share screenshots?

    Make sure that this workflow is running:

    If the workflow is running then make sure that the sync filters in woodford are bringing in those records.
