ISV partner code not showing up in UAT after package deployment

Hi, i recently made changes regarding report template to an old code of our ERP.  The code is working fine on dev environment, but the issue arises when i create a deployable package and deploy it on the UAT. On UAT, all the partner customizations are not found, can anybody help out why this is happening? MS support was quite useless, wasted whole day and they confirmed out build indeed have ISV partner code with no resolutions.

Please do not tell me to approach our ISV Partner as they are like a father who abandons their family, we don't want to keep approaching them , right?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,

Can you tell us what exact version of Dynamics AX you are using? Have you checked if an ISV license is imported and not expired? Is a configuration key related to the module enabled?

    Hello,

IN addition to what Andre is asking, from what I understand from your post, the deployable package does not contain any or all the ISV binary files. How are you creating a deployment package? Share more information with us. What did Microsoft advise?

I moved your post to the Finance forum by the way.

    Hey,

We had a similar case in our company. The issue was missing license key. I am not a developer, so I cant tell you exactly where to look at, but maybe its a hint that helps.

    Kind regards, Adis

How are you creating the deployable package, is it via a devops piepline? Can you share any more details? Your deployable package will not contain the ISVs installed on the dev environment without them being explicitly added in some way. Usually done via an Azure Devops Pipeline.
