Duplicate Voucher got created on Posting Journal

Once we posted the Journal from GL Module>General Journal  , the system stucked and cannot moved, once system recovered found there are two Duplicate vouchers in system.
Please help to fix as soom as possible!!!! it is a big impact.

    Thanks Cripsin. But we are working on 2009 AX version.

    Also,

    I checked Both the methods mentioned in your URL. Our scenario is little different from that. User is posting journal with only one voucher but GL Account is showing two.

    Hello,

    Is there any difference between the two vouchers? can you check the Posting Layer for each one.

    If you check your TB you find the amounts duplicate or it is just a matter of view?

    Hi Anubha, 

    In regards to the transaction- would you be able to test to reverse that transaction either through the Posted menu on the main account? If the fear is that it may reverse both those postings, then it may be a good idea to manually create a GL journal to reverse those amounts out. Then the user can go back and re-post that journal.

    As for your duplicate voucher, did you check the number sequence setup to ensure this doesn't happen again?
