Workflow Approval Process

Hi,,

We have the following scenario.
A workflow user group is created with 3 people, each one Sequence 1 , i.e. only one of them needs to approve an entry at any time, even though all three will be notified.
From time to time, one of the 3 users may actually create the entry and send the workflow approval.
This automatically sets them to /approved/ in Posted Approval Entries .
We have noticed this user can then actually post the entry, without one of the other users approving it.
This is against our four eyes principal. Is there a way of setting up the workflows to ensure the person sending the approval request cannot be the only one to approve, i.e. one of the other 2 users has to approve.

Kind regards,
Sean

Unfortunately, as far as I know this cannot be done. Because this user has approval permission for the flow, you can let him create the document using another user ID, or you can consider using Power Automate, which can make the process design more flexible.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
