New GL code not in jet report

Hi all,

I appreciate this might be more of a question for a Jet Reporting forum, but just in case someone has had the same issue and has a quick fix...

We have added a new GL code in Nav 2013, which initially wasn't included in the relevant GL subtotal. I have changed that, and now the new code feeds through as it should in the Trial Balance. However, in a jet report that picks up the subtotal, the new code is excluded.

I think I might need to refresh something in Nav, but I can't work out what. Can anyone help?

    Hi! Came across this recently with a client of mine who also uses Nav 2015 who had a web service type jet connection in excel and if memory serves this was resolved through restarting the web service.

    Hope this helps.

    This seems to have resolved itself overnight, perhaps the web service refreshed as you suggested. Thanks for your help!
