Add Existing Record on Subgrid not displaying the view from the same entity

Hi

I have a requirement that an organization can be an Association (company type  = Association), and another organization can have Association members. The association members are selected from the list of organizations where the company type = Association.

I added a subgrid to add Associations to an organization. However, I don't see organization entity in the entity list on the Properties window (refer to the attached image) where I can select a view that lists all the Associations (Organizations with the company type = Association).

How I can only display the Associations list when the user clicks "Add Existing Organization" button

Organization and Organization (Association) have N:N relationship. I had selected the view where company type = Association. However, it lists all the companies instead of the Association list.

    Hi SivaR,

Based on your description, the Association is a specific Organization(company type  = Association). So in your attached img, you can just select the organizations(Parent Organization). And then use the view whose filter condition is company type  = Association.

About the question how to only display the Associations list when the user clicks "Add Existing Organization" button, you need modify the default lookup view's filter condition.
