Hi

I wonder if someone can tell me the transactions and steps when we use Item Reclassification Journal to update Expiration Date. I mean does it create new entry in Item Reservation Entry? Does it change something in Item Reservation Table? Or something else.

I need to know where should I look for transactions and what kind of transactions involved

    Hi ,

You Can Directly Change the Expiration Date of the Item Through Item Reclassification Journal By Inserting Your Item on the Item NO Field and Change the Expiration Date By Selecting

Line ----> Item Tracking Lines --> Update Your Lot No for which you want to change the Expiration Date ---> Update your Expiration date on the " New Expiration Field".

    1) On posting, the system will create a New Item ledger Entry With the updated Expiration Date.

    2) If the Item have a Reservation Entry and Item Tracking Entry , the posting will update the Expiration date on those as well.
