When running reports in the test application i am getting the below error message:
The logon attempt failed.
Kindly help me in this regard.
You didn't tell if it was working before or not. If it was, it's good to evaluate what has been changed since it last worked. This would help you find the issue quicker.
The first things to check are:
1) Is your test system connected to your test SSRS instance (System administration - Setup - Business Intelligence - Report servers)? Perhaps you copied database from Prod and your test is trying to talk to your prod SSRS instance
2) Is SSRS service running as Business connector proxy account? It should
3) Is your AX user added as user on the SSRS site, with "DynamicsAXBrowser" role?
is the pass user expired?

1.This generates an error message on the report server
2. It also generates the below error message on the AOS server
We have checked the following.
The BCP user is able to run reports directly on the report server.
We are able to validate the settings on the report server from the application.
Not able to generate any report. Getting error as mentioned.
