i want set auto value of field on click on event change

Hello everyone , 

i have one requirement , please help me this.

i have three following entity - Country , State and city,  and i i have created N:1 relationship on the same state and city entity.

and i have attached all this three entity on contact form. by setting lookup.

this all three are lookup fields.....

when i select the city field . then

for example Thane , then related to state and country should auto fill in respect of City selected on event change.

Like this ....Please help me me how can i achive this with Javascripts .

please will be appreciated for early reply . its urgent.

    You can create a jscript method to retrieve the information you needed, and then populate in the Country and State fields. Please check examples shown in the links below.
