My company regularly holds events where people must sign up through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, invites to these events are also sent out to employees through Outlook. This means we have a challenge in seeing how many are signed up, as some have gone through CRM and some through Outlook.
So is there a way of syncing the people signed up through Outlook with CRM, so that whenever someone clicks "Accept" on the Outlook invite, it creates an entry in the CRM registry of attendees?
