Error in Project Operations while trying to submit time entries

Whenever anyone in my org attempts to submit a time entry in Project Operations, they are getting this error.
 
Error Details: {"errorCode":2147879048,"message":"Resource not found for the segment 'msdyn_TimeEntriesSubmit'."
 
Any help or guidance to resolve would be greatly appreciated.

    2. Check Security Roles
    • Verify that users submitting time entries have the necessary security roles and permissions to access the endpoint.
    • Navigate to Settings > Security > Security Roles and ensure that the required roles (e.g., Project Time Entry Submitter) are assigned.
