Property Management Solution with Affordable Housing tracking

I am looking for a Property management add-on for NAV that has Affordable Housing tracking.  Our prospect wants to track the compliance with the affordable housing rules that change annually in his state.  Any suggestions?  They do not want to manually add the rules and changes every year.

    SOFT4RealEstate is an add-on for property management companies. Perhaps they have a solution that fits your needs or they could customize for you.

    I believe it's too custom/ local requirement, doubt if Soft4RealEstate fits. Soft4RealEstate is for property and tenant/ building/ contract management.

    What Christa asks, sounds to me something like a local payroll module where they guard changing rules all the time but I wonder if any partner would develop such a narrow functionality for a particular segment, too specific.

    We like Soft4 for property management, they don't have the affordable housing tracking.

    Hi Christa, there are 2 ways probably:

    1. Do not get involved :)

    2. Look at the segment, if there are more opportunities to sell, more companies that could use the functionality, then it's a strategic decision of your company to go for it, program and support the solution yourself.

    Maybe there's still some addon for that even if I doubt it.
