Disposal parameters/post value net book value does not exist

Hi,

I would like to understand what is the reason behind to this message: "disposal parameters/post value net book value does not exist"

The same setup works fine in one of our entity but for the other one no. Maybe I missed some step when I made a setup but everything looks the same

    HI Kacper,

    Did you actually setup a disposal parameter line with the net book value selected? It is required, but has no real use to some ways of disposing your asset. Usually I setup the line with the same account and offset account to have no unwanted financial impact.

    Did you do this for 'all' assets on one setup line or per asset group?

    Hi S.,

    Please check your fixed asset posting profiles.

    There should be a button disposal-sale/scrap.

    If you select one of those a new form will open and you should be able to identify the posting type net book value.

    If it is missing you need to add it.

    Hi Ludwig,

    The accounts for NBV had been in the posting profile. I've just deleted the voucher for the scrap & posted a new one. This time it's OK :)
